Billing, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Summary. Plans are billed in US dollars, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your account, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If Premo Trading isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan. After that, payments are not refundable for partial periods.

Plans and prices

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Applicable sales taxes are added at checkout where required.

Complete Trade Journal includes the trade journal with CSV import, positions rebuilt from your fills, performance statistics, pre-session psychology check-ins, unlimited accounts and monthly objectives.

AI Stock Scanner includes everything in the Complete Trade Journal, plus the AI-assisted scanner that checks a watchlist against the criteria you define, saved scan history and CSV export.

How billing works

• Checkout. You subscribe through Stripe’s secure hosted checkout. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s page and never touch our servers.
• Your account. Your first purchase creates your Premo Trading account and emails you a link to set your password. The link is valid for 72 hours; if it expires, contact us and we will send a new one.
• First charge. You are charged the full price of your plan for the first billing period, monthly or yearly, when you subscribe.
• Delivery. Premo Trading is software delivered online, so nothing is shipped. Access to your plan starts as soon as your payment is confirmed and you have set your password.
• Receipts. Stripe emails a receipt for every payment.

Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, every month or every year depending on the billing you chose, and your payment method is charged the plan price at that time. It keeps renewing until you cancel.

If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you at least 30 days before the new price applies to your next renewal, so you can cancel first if you do not agree. See our Terms of Service.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your Complete Trade Journal or AI Stock Scanner subscription at any time, yourself:

1. Sign in to Premo Trading and open the Billing page in your account.
2. Open the secure billing portal (provided by Stripe).
3. Cancel your subscription there.

You can also cancel by emailing dev@infradevconsulting.com from the address on your account.

When you cancel:

• your subscription will not renew;
• you keep full access to your plan until the end of the billing period you have already paid for;
• after that, paid features are switched off. We keep your account and data for 6 months so you can come back and continue where you left off, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner (see our Privacy Policy).

There are no cancellation fees and no contracts.

The same billing portal lets you update your card, see your invoices and change plans.

Changing plans

• Upgrading from the Complete Trade Journal to the AI Stock Scanner, or from monthly to yearly billing, takes effect immediately. The charge is prorated: the unused part of your current period is credited against the new price.
• Downgrading from the AI Stock Scanner to the Complete Trade Journal, or from yearly to monthly billing, takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep your current plan until then.

Refunds

14-day refund on your first payment

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and we will refund that payment in full. This applies once per customer per plan, to both monthly and yearly billing.

After 14 days

After the first 14 days, payments are not refundable, and we do not give refunds or credits for partial billing periods, for unused time, or for periods in which you did not use the Services.

Renewals

Renewal payments, monthly or yearly, are not refundable once they have been charged. To avoid a renewal, cancel before your renewal date. We send a reminder before each yearly renewal.

When we always refund

We refund any prepaid fees for the unused part of your billing period if:

• we end the Services, or your plan, for reasons other than your breach of our Terms of Service;
• we charged you in error, for example a duplicate charge.

How to request a refund

Email dev@infradevconsulting.com from the address on your account, with your name and the date of the payment. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe, and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Membership

Members-only features (GEX & Strike Profiles and AI Strategy Alerts) are not sold as a plan and are granted by approval, so they are not covered by this policy. If membership involves any fee, its terms are shared with you when membership is offered.

Chargebacks

If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us first. We can usually resolve it faster than a card dispute. Opening a chargeback for a payment that was valid may lead to your account being suspended while the dispute is resolved. This does not affect any right you have under law, including the Quebec Consumer Protection Act, to ask your card issuer to cancel or reverse a charge.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you, including the Quebec Consumer Protection Act. Where this policy conflicts with those laws, the law prevails.
