How does yearly billing work?
You pay for twelve months up front at a lower monthly rate: $15.99/month for Complete Trade Journal (save 20%) and $149/month for AI Stock Scanner (save 25%).
Does my subscription renew automatically?
Yes. Monthly plans renew every month and yearly plans every year, at the plan price in USD, until you cancel.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, from your account at any time. Upgrades, from the Complete Trade Journal to the AI Stock Scanner or from monthly to yearly, take effect immediately and are prorated - the unused part of your current period is credited. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel yourself from the Billing page in your account, which opens our secure Stripe billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. No contracts, no cancellation fees.
Do you offer refunds?
If Premo Trading is not right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment for a plan for a full refund. After that, payments are not refundable for partial periods. See our Billing, Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Why can't I buy GEX or AI strategy alerts?
GEX & Strike Profiles and AI Strategy Alerts are members-only. They are not sold as a plan - request access and every request is reviewed.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
